I am an Implementation Scientist with over 10 years of experience implementing clinical trials in primary care. As an Assistant Professor, I co-led the creation and ongoing operation of FM-PittNet, a practice-based research network in Family Medicine. I serve as the Executive Director and have helped to implement over 18 studies in the network during our first year.
Additionally, I am a co-creator of the 4 Pillars™ Practice Transformation Program, an implementation framework and learning management program used in over 100 practices. In clinical trials the 4 Pillars™ Program has increased immunization rates across the lifespan while reducing racial disparities.
My current research focuses on evaluating the activities of FM-PittNet and testing the 4 Pillars™ Program’s effectiveness in other health domains as we use it to guide the implementation of new studies in the network.
